Although we believe that you will love our products, sometimes there are times when you are not satisfied with your purchase(s) and wish to return. So these are our policies on refund or exchanges.
We do not offer a refund on used, opened products.
If we have sent the wrong item, please do not open the product(s) as we cannot refund your money to you. The product(s) must be in its original packaging, unopened / unused. We will refund the postage paid for return to us as long as you can email a picture of the postage receipt (receipt must show package tracking number and cost of return)
All faulty goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving the delivery. We will return the postage paid providing you can email the receipt showing package tracking number and cost of return.
Before returning any products please email and quote order number (on original receipt) Your name, address, your contact details such as contact number and email address.
Please also quote returns tracking number.
IT IS STRONGLY ADVISED THAT YOU SEND RETURNS RECORDED DELIVERY AS FAILURE TO DO SO WILL LEAD TO NO REFUND IF WE CANNOT TRACK A LOST PARCEL.
We can offer an exchange as long as the item is not opened and not used. The item(s) must be in its original packaging and the returns postage as well as new delivery of exchanged will be buyers responsibility. Please ensure you are confident with your purchases before purchasing.

Any pre -orders cannot be refunded until order has been received to you. Then you have 7 days to return (please see details of refund above) so please ensure that you are 100% confident when purchasing. Please read pre order product descriptions for more information.
We simply do not offer a refund just because you have changed your mind about the colour after using the product. Any item that we cannot resell will not be accepted back.
